I'm a candidate — where are my results?
Results are typically ready within 2 hours of submission. You'll receive an email when they're available. Check your spam folder if you haven't received it.
My assessment shows “Under Review”
This means our team has been notified and is looking into it. No action needed from you — we'll resolve it and notify you when your results are ready.
I need to delete my data
You can request a full data export or account deletion at any time. Email us and we'll process your request within 48 hours. We're fully GDPR compliant.
