Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Heimdall AI platform at heimdall-talent.ai ("Platform"), operated by Heimdall AI, Sorgenfrigårdsvej 78, 1.th, 2800 Lyngby, Denmark ("Heimdall AI," "we," "us").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions
- "Candidate" — An individual who creates an account, uploads a CV or portfolio, and receives an assessment.
- "Company" or "Company User" — A business entity or its authorized representative that purchases assessments and invites candidates.
- "Assessment" — The AI-generated analysis producing a Transformation Quotient (TQ) score, AI Potential score, or both.
- "Platform" — The Heimdall AI web application and associated services at heimdall-talent.ai.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
4.1 Candidates
Candidate accounts are created via LinkedIn OAuth (OIDC). You are responsible for the security of your LinkedIn account. We do not offer email/password registration for candidates.
4.2 Company Users
Company accounts are created with a company email address and LinkedIn URL. The person registering represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of the company.
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@heimdall-talent.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. The Service
5.1 What We Provide
Heimdall AI provides AI-powered assessment tools that analyze candidate-uploaded CVs and portfolios to produce:
- Transformation Quotient (TQ) scores and trait breakdowns
- AI Potential scores and trait breakdowns
5.2 Nature of Assessments
Assessments are decision-support tools. They are designed to supplement human judgment, not replace it.
What to expect:
- Results may vary slightly between runs — this is normal for AI-based analysis and doesn't indicate an error.
- Quality depends on input — a detailed, clear CV or portfolio will produce a more informative assessment.
- Not a hiring recommendation — Heimdall AI does not recommend for or against hiring any candidate. Employment decisions remain entirely with the Company.
5.3 Assessment Sharing
When a candidate completes an assessment through a company invitation:
- The inviting company receives the assessment results.
- The candidate receives their own view of the assessment results.
Assessments are not shared with other companies or third parties.
5.4 EU AI Act Classification
Our assessment system is classified as high-risk under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), Annex III, Section 4(a). We are implementing compliance measures ahead of the August 2, 2026 enforcement date. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing purchased credits are honored at the price paid.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
6.3 Refund Policy
Assessment credits are non-refundable once purchased, except:
- Technical failure: If an assessment fails to generate due to a platform error, we will either re-run the assessment or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refund requests for technical failures should be submitted to legal@heimdall-talent.ai within 30 days of the failed assessment.
7. Referral Program
7.1 How It Works
Participants earn $20 per completed assessment generated through their referral link.
7.2 Payout Terms
- Minimum payout: $100 per payout request.
- Hassle-free earnings: You can earn up to $600 per calendar year with no additional paperwork required.
- Above $600/year: Tax reporting regulations require us to collect documentation (W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN for non-US persons) before we can process additional payouts. We know paperwork isn't fun — we'll walk you through it if you get there. Your accumulated commissions remain fully visible in your account and are paid out promptly once documentation is on file.
- Processing: Payouts are processed monthly. After you submit a payout request, allow up to 30 days for processing.
- Payment method: Via the payment method registered in your referral account.
7.3 Restrictions
- Self-referrals are not eligible.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate referral accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
- We may modify or discontinue the referral program with 30 days' notice. Accrued, unpaid commissions at the time of discontinuation will be honored.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated CVs or portfolio materials.
- Use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate talent assessment.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or extract the AI model, prompts, or scoring logic.
- Interfere with Platform operations, security, or availability.
- Use assessments as the sole basis for employment decisions without human review.
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Platform without authorization.
- Resell or redistribute assessment results outside the intended company–candidate relationship.
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our IP
The Platform, its design, AI models, assessment methodology, scoring frameworks, and all associated content are owned by or licensed to Heimdall AI. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.
9.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, portfolios). By uploading, you grant Heimdall AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process the content for the purpose of generating your assessment.
Algorithm Improvement. By default, Heimdall AI may use your anonymized assessment data to improve our assessment algorithms. This does not affect your assessment or its results, and data is used only in anonymized or aggregated form. You can opt out during the assessment process or at any time by contacting privacy@heimdall-talent.ai. Opting out does not affect your access to the service.
9.3 Assessment Results
Assessment reports are produced by Heimdall AI. Companies may use assessment results internally for their hiring processes. Candidates may use their own assessment results as they see fit. Neither party may publicly attribute specific scores to Heimdall AI in a misleading manner.
10. Company Obligations Regarding Assessments
Companies using Heimdall AI assessments agree to:
- Use assessments as one input among several in hiring decisions, not as the sole determinant.
- Inform candidates that AI-assisted assessment tools are part of their hiring process, as required by applicable law (including the EU AI Act).
- Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws in their jurisdiction.
- Maintain human oversight over hiring decisions consistent with EU AI Act requirements.
- Not hold Heimdall AI responsible for hiring decisions made using assessment results.
11. Candidate Rights
Candidates have the right to:
- View their own assessment results through the Platform.
- Request human review of their assessment by contacting privacy@heimdall-talent.ai.
- Express their point of view regarding assessment outcomes.
- Request deletion of their account and personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).

12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Assessment Accuracy
Heimdall AI provides assessments on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that assessments are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular hiring decision. Assessments reflect AI analysis of the materials provided and are subject to the inherent limitations of AI technology.
12.2 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law:
- Heimdall AI's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Platform is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or hiring outcomes.
12.3 Exclusions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Danish or EU law.
13. Indemnification
Company Users agree to indemnify Heimdall AI against claims arising from:
- Hiring decisions made using assessment results.
- Violation of applicable employment or anti-discrimination laws.
- Misuse of assessment results contrary to these Terms.
14. Term and Termination
14.1 Term
These Terms remain in effect while you have an active account.
14.2 Your Termination Rights
You may close your account at any time through the Platform or by contacting legal@heimdall-talent.ai. Unused assessment credits are non-refundable.
14.3 Our Termination Rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable. In cases of fraud or abuse, we may terminate immediately without notice.
14.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Platform ends. Data is retained and deleted according to our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules under EU law.
17. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Heimdall AI regarding use of the Platform.
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or acquisition. You may not assign your account or rights.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
